Query only work items that assigned to me in Team foundation server

We have some projects in 3 collection in TFS 2010.

All users create work items [Task] and fill [Assigned To] field and some others that we set them required.

When a user run a query, he/she can view all work items on projects that access to them.
I want to users can view only work items that assigned to them. And administrator or user can change [Assigned To] value.

Is it possible? Please help for this.
